We are excited to announce that our Lalaland Pinot Gris Wine Label design won Gold and Best in Show at the FPLMA (Flexible Packaging & Label Manufacturers Association) 2016 Label awards. The FPLMA awards are the biggest label competition of it’s kind in the Australasian region. The design will now compete in the Global Awards with the affiliated global associations. We’d like to thank our collaborators, Lalaland Wines for such an amazing brand and James Print for doing such a fantastic job with the printing and embellishments which really brought the label to life.
The Lalaland collection is loosely inspired by Alice in Wonderland, with a surreal Spanish twist. This Wine Label Design depicts a Spanish Alice dragging the viewer into Lalaland, a paradise of colour, imagination and wonder. The label is framed by a cave which heightens the sense of adventure and experience of entering somewhere new. This latest Wine Label Design continues our run of success with the Lalaland designs having previously won Gold for the Malbec in 2014, which considering we’ve only designed 3 labels is a great thrill.
